I believe i can only get him by trade...IS THIS TRUE? if so is someone willing to trade for a mew or knows a pro action replay code for him.

Why don't you just get a legit Mewtwo instead of an AR one?
Trade board would be easier to find this plus I'm sure people woudn't trade for a Mew when its more then likely an AR Mew.
