Create an invoice from scratch

1. From the “Home” screen or the “Customers” menu, select “Create Invoices”.
2.  Select a customer or customer job from the “Customer: Job” drop-down list, or click “Add New” if they are not yet in your system.
3. Fill in the details, like the date sent and due, invoice number, recipient information, and any terms.
4. Select all the invoice items in the detail section.

Note: The description and amount are automatically populated when adding items based on your configurations. You can edit or delete them accordingly with each new invoice.

10. Select “Save & Close”.
